Cybersecurity Compliance & Regulatory Readiness
Cybersecurity compliance is more than meeting documented requirements. It involves understanding your organisation's security risks, implementing appropriate controls, and demonstrating that those controls work effectively.
Instware helps organisations assess cybersecurity practices against applicable regulatory requirements and recognised frameworks, identify gaps, and develop practical improvement plans that strengthen security and operational resilience.
A complementary capability to our offensive security and security assurance work: technical, practical and proportionate support focused on cybersecurity.

Framework focus
EASA Part-IS
Aviation Cybersecurity
Support aviation organisations in assessing information security risks with potential impact on aviation safety, reviewing information security management arrangements, incident reporting and response processes, and identifying control gaps against applicable Part-IS requirements.
Support takes account of Regulations (EU) 2022/1645 and 2023/203, as applicable, and current EASA guidance. Part-IS does not apply to every aviation organisation; regulatory applicability must be determined separately.
NIS2
Cybersecurity Resilience
Support organisations in reviewing cybersecurity risk management practices, security responsibilities, incident handling, supplier security and business continuity arrangements in the context of applicable NIS2 requirements.
Scope and applicability depend on the organisation and relevant national implementing legislation.
ISO/IEC 27001
Information Security Management
Support organisations in reviewing ISMS readiness, information security risks, policies, controls, and continuous improvement practices.
ISO/IEC 27001 is an information security management standard, not legislation. Instware provides readiness support, not certification.
Assessment and assurance, not approval
Instware provides cybersecurity assessments, security assurance and readiness support, not general legal, financial or regulatory consultancy or legally binding compliance opinions. We are not an official regulatory authority, do not issue EASA Part-IS approvals or ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, and do not guarantee regulatory compliance or successful regulatory audits.
Identify risks. Strengthen security. Demonstrate assurance.
